Playmation Ultron Prowler Bot Mom Review and Unboxing Video

As part of the latest new toy for the Playmation series, we’ve been given the opportunity to actually test out the Playmation Marvel Avengers Ultron Prowler Bot. And of course, we made a fun little video for you! You may have seen that I’m totally gaga over the new Playmation from Disney. If not you can see why here. Not only are the sound effect uber-cool (like having the Avengers in your living room cool), but it gets my son up and moving. That’s not to say he’s not moving, but he’s moving with a purpose rather than just climbing the walls. For this, I am forever thankful this toy exists.

Our Initial Take

The sound effects are rocking! At first we couldn’t really figure out how to get it to activate, but after my son was playing with his new Gamma Gear for a few minutes the thing just kicked on and was in full attack mode. By attack mode I mean it has a sequence of lights and sound effects which require the player to battle so they can win the mission. It’s just a whole new level of imaginative play for these kids. At one point the Ultron Prowler Bot, Iron Man Repulsor Gear and Gamma Gear were all going at once. The living room literally sounded like an Avengers movie… in the theater!

It’s great for when my son is playing alone and really keeps him entertained. Remember they have recharger packs for the starter pack now and a cool gear bag too!
