Let’s be honest, sometimes mommy needs a little extra something to unwind. Nothing wrong with that… I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat at my desk with a cup of coffee and a glass of wine. Well, this Mexican Coffee recipe with tequila nips that ridiculousness in the bud. Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients

  • 12 cups of hot brewed coffee
  • 2 cans (14 oz.) condensed milk
  • 2 cups coffee liqueur
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup tequila
  • ground cinnamon to taste

Instructions 

Mix all the ingredients together until evenly blended. The coffee liqueur is the most important part, with tequila available for those who want even more of a kick. The sweet, flavorful burn creates a memorable end cap between dinner and the rest of the night’s festivities.

You can make this recipe if you’re rocking a single cup maker like I do. This is an easy way to do it without going the communal batch way. I use single cup coffee and it’s amazing flavor really makes the difference.
