There are many different ways that you can make money while traveling the world. Just because you are exploring new lands and meeting new people, doesn’t mean that you can’t make a lot of money while doing it! To do this, you will need to utilize your skill and dedicate a bit of time to it, but if you put your mind to it, you will be making a bit of money in absolutely no time!

And this can really help you to delve into the culture of the country you are currently residing in, you’ll be able to try new food, go to new and exciting places and allow yourself the funds to really explore what the world has to offer, all because you are making a bit of money back on the side!

So let’s get to it, how DO you make money while traveling?

First I want to say, if you’re going to be a nomad, or if you just want to travel a lot, then you should think about lowering your bills as much as possible. Get rid of unnecessary subscriptions, ditch pay off your credit cards and sell anything you make payments on. I’ve been traveling and making money for five years, and I just bought my first home. This is not a pipe dream. planning and dedication anyone can do this. More about my story here.

1. Sell things

It’s as simple as that really! If you are jet-setting across interesting places like Thailand, Cambodia or Germany, you will always come across interesting objects or clothes. This is because a lot of objects on sale in other countries are steeped in beautiful historical context or they are handmade by local people. If you think it is interesting enough then buy it! Usually, it won’t be that expensive.

But you’ll find that if you put it online on eBay or newer online sellers like Depop or Shpock it will attract a lot of interest as it is a unique and beautiful design, rather than something that has been mass-produced. You can even set up a selling account dedicated to selling things from all around the world!

All you need to do is familiarize yourself with the local postal service in order to ensure on-time delivery. Just recently I sold a bunch of my things on Facebook and made over 1,000 bucks!

2. Write for people

Are you an English graduate who is traveling around seeing interesting places before they settle down and decide to start looking for a job? Well if this is you there is a multitude of different jobs you can do to earn some extra money. You can join a freelancing site! These sites are packed full of people that need a range of different writing skills and abilities to meet their requirements.

All you need to do is adapt your writing style, and be able to build a rapport with clients from around the globe. You can also join an essay writing service as an essay writer! These sites basically help students get their work done, a student is matched with you and they say write me an essay and give you the details of it, and off you go!

If you build up your experience in writing for different people, soon you’ll be a well-known essay writer all over the world, with impeccable essay writing services Canada or England won’t be able to do without!

3. Become a Voice Actor

You know what is one of the most sought-after careers online at the moment? The art of voice acting! If you think about how many platforms upon which voice acting is required it’s a whole, whole lot! Radio adverts, internet adverts, online tutorials, the marketplace is bustling with a range of different jobs and projects to get involved in!

And if you have a clear voice and have a fluency in English or any other language, they could be looking for just what you can provide! All you really need is a fairly good microphone and an external audio workstation which can be found online at fairly good prices. Once you have these, record yourself talking into the microphone and make sure you get both the setup and your own diction perfect.

This will enable you to record and complete projects in an efficient manner. Once you get a few jobs under your belt, the offers will start to pour in! Just make sure that you dedicate enough time in the day to deliver a speedy and high-quality product each time.

There you go, just a few tips to enable you to make a bit of money to fund your explorations. It can be pricey when you are exploring new places and jumping into cultures and cuisines that are alien to you, you want to give yourself every opportunity to get involved so you have a wonderful experience that you can learn from and it will help you grow into an amazing person.

But while you are trying out these little money-making ventures, don’t forget why you’re traveling in the first place! The main objective is to have a lot of fun and meet new people and try new things, so go out and do it!
