That’s probably my favorite headline this season! I am so excited to have been invited by Walt Disney Pictures for another AMAZING red carpet event! The Alice Through the Looking Glass red carpet premiere and Zootopia Blu-ray in home release event is going to be incredible! Especially if it’s anything like the Cinderella Premiere! What makes this trip even better than ever is that I’ll be with 24 of my favorite blogging colleagues!
The Event Deets
I’ll be hitting the red carpet at the beautiful and historic El Capitan theater where we will all be screening the film. After this I’ll be interviewing cast and filmmakers (TBD) and of course live tweeting with full interviews to follow!
I’ll also be attending the special In-Home release of ZOOTOPIA (available on Blu-ray and Digital HD on 6/7). I’ll have the opportunity to interview Directors Byron Howard & Rich Moore and Raymond Persi, as well as part of the creative team behind the film. If you haven’t seen Zootopia yet, what are you waiting for it’s adorable!
About Alice Through the Looking Glass
In Alice Through the Looking Glass, Alice returns to the whimsical world of Underland and travels back in time to save the Mad Hatter. Directed by James Bobin, who brings his own unique vision to the spectacular world Tim Burton created on screen in 2010 with “Alice in Wonderland,” the film is written by Linda Woolverton based on characters created by Lewis Carroll and produced by Joe Roth, Suzanne Todd and Jennifer Todd and Tim Burton with John G. Scotti serving as executive producer. “Alice Through the Looking Glass” reunites the all-star cast from the worldwide blockbuster phenomenon including: Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Mia Wasikowska and Helena Bonham Carter along with the voices of Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall. We are also introduced to several new characters: Zanik Hightopp (Rhys Ifans), the Mad Hatter’s father and Time himself (Sacha Baron Cohen), a peculiar creature who is part human, part clock.

Hitting the Red Carpet
Being invited by Disney to a red carpet event is such a dream. No matter how many times, it’s a dream. But, what makes these events so special, more than the glitz, the glam and the freaking amazing lighting, is the team. I mean, I get to work with 24 of the most incredible moms in the blogging universe who have become lifelong friends. Who better to share these once-in-a-lifetime memories with than your favorite ladies right!
The other amazing thing about hitting the red carpet as a blogger is YOU! That’s right YOU! I mean how awesome is it that we get to interact with our readers through Snapchat, Twitter, Facebook and other platforms?
When can you say, “Oh I’m just talking to that blogger who’s on a Hollywood red carpet”? HA!
That’s what makes all this such an incredibly unique experience and I am so honored to be able to share it with all of you. So I hope to see you there, being a part of my memory and hopefully I can be a part of yours.
