make money while you travel, Christa Thompson, earn money while traveling

So you want to earn money while traveling, don’t we all? You might be a wanderluster. Wanderlust is a desire to explore the world, a thing of beauty that most people wish they could do. What I have found in my years of socializing with people is that people despise monotony and when it starts creeping in their lives; all they want to do is escape or find a way to break it. I am no different and I have always been in envy of people who can take time out to travel far away or those whose job requires them to do so.

That is what every wanderluster wants. To travel the world and explore everything there is. There are jobs that allow you to earn money while traveling that might be worth looking into if you think you’re a wanderluster. Here are a few for you to look at.

How to Earn Money While You Travel

Working On A Ship

The best path to go down this road. If you are one who was always inspired by ‘Moby Dick’ and wanted to sail the sea, this is the way to go. Working on a cruise ship or getting a job at the Merchant Navy would always let you go places where you would not be able to go usually with the current income. Some people crave the blue of waters and would anything for the silence the sea has to offer. You can go online and search for jobs being allotted on cruise ships.

Travel Writer

This one is not so much a job that pays you well until you are an established writer or a blogger. You will have to start a blog by writing about different travel destinations and get people to your website attracting them by the sheer quality of your writings; this is not an easy path to go and it is suggested you get a steady mode of income first before embarking on your adventures. There are hundreds of thousand travel writers out there so you have to be a pretty good one to gain a steady viewership and make money off it. You can start by writing about destinations in your own country and state. If you are not so good at it, you can seek the help of experts online from websites like EssayWriter4U and get the basics right.

Flight Attendant

Most flight attendants you talk to; they give you the same reason for choosing the job than any other. It is not about money or perks; it is more about getting to see the whole world.  You can get enrolled in a course and then apply for a job on a plane. If you are lucky, you will be able to earn money for traveling.

NGO Work

You must have heard of White Helmets; a group of people who always went out to help at whatever location a bomb was dropped in Syria. They are known for the exemplary work they do and were also nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. If helping people is your passion too, you can apply at several international NGOs or Peace Corps and get to travel while helping people. I do not know if any job would be more fulfilling than that.

Travel Photographer or Videographer

Search for these on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, or Youtube. You will find that people have taken their skill to different places, quite literally. This has allowed them to earn money while on the go. What they do is click beautiful images or record amazing videos of a place, then they go about to sell those online or earn money through advertisements on their page or becoming an influencer.

Yes, you got that right. Even working as an accountant can get you opportunities to travel far and wide. What you got to do here is clear CPA or CFA or AAT, and that will get you opportunities to travel out of the country into a different one to carry out your job responsibilities. People have progressed from providing accounting assignment help to students; to going on and providing help to millionaire clients who needed someone to advise with the portfolio.

Travel Guide

You can become a certified tour guide in your favorite country and take people around for money. This is one path to go if you are looking to spend a few years in another country and earn money in return. You can show people to monuments or the most happening places in town. You can even write for books like Lonely Planet!

Virtual Assistant

You can take up jobs online that require administrative, technical, or creative skills and complete that job online. This would be a great way to go provided you get enough time to complete the jobs you are getting; if there is a time difference in the countries, you need to be sure to get it done when they require it. These types of jobs can range from proofreading at Office 88 to writing assignments at TopAssignmentExperts; the types of jobs vary as much as the needs do.

Traveling Nurse

If you really want to earn money while traveling, the traveling nurse job pays well and is the most respectful of jobs you can find. You get registered as a nurse after going through a course and travel to different countries to serve a community and get money in return. You get money, the pleasure of helping people, and the experience of traveling all in one job. It will take a few years for you to get registered as a nurse though.

English is almost a Universal language now and every country out there is looking for trained teachers to hire for their schools and Universities. There are companies that allow you to seek opportunities in China and India on the basis of your English skills and get a job. If that is not feasible, you can always become an online teacher at companies like OnlineAssignmentWriting and earn money wherever you are. All you need is experience and the required skill to become one.

Traveling the world is one, if not the, greatest thing you can do in life. If it weren’t so expensive, I am sure more people would be traveling and exploring the corners of the earth. Perhaps you can find one of the ways I’ve listed to earn money while traveling interesting enough to pursue. You never know, you might find yourself in a foreign land this time next year.
