Every family has their holiday traditions. From cutting down your own tree to making hot cocoa while you decorate the house, we all have that thing that we do every year as a family. In the McKenna + Hames house, it is always watching certain movies as we count down the days to Christmas. Our list includes all the usual suspects- Elf, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Home Alone, The Nightmare Before Christmas, A Christmas Story, A Charlie Brown Christmas, and the classic Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer!
Christa had told me about the Center for Puppetry Arts in Atlanta. It sounded like something we wanted to check out next time we were in town. When I found out about the Center for Puppetry Arts Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer™ run I knew we HAD to check it out.
Center for Puppetry Arts Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer
From November 7th through December 31st, families can enjoy weekend festivities while enjoying an up-close look at everyone’s favorite reindeer and other well-loved characters. We took a closer look last week at the show. Let me tell you, I had no idea how cool this was going to be! So cool that I’m heading back this weekend to see it again!
Families attending Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer™ on Saturday, November 25, can enjoy a very special, free holiday photo opportunity with one of the puppets from the show! Don’t forget to bring a camera because the Rudolph lineup makes a great holiday photo.
